Policies for Dried Fruit Distributors and Agents

With a desire to develop a high-quality brand that stands out in a market filled with lower-quality goods, VietTuong Food focuses on offering carefully selected raw materials, a closed-loop production and processing system that meets food safety standards, and particularly on investing in human development.
As part of our goal to expand the market, VietTuong Food seeks to connect with distributors and agents of dried fruit to distribute our products across the country. With high discounts, quality products, and extensive support from the manufacturer, we aim to build a strong partnership with our distributors and agents.

1. Target Audience for Dried Fruit Distributors and Agents:
+ Those who have previously or are currently distributing food technology products, food items, consumer goods, etc.
+ Have extensive relationships with partners and dried fruit agents in general business and processed agricultural products in particular.
+ Experienced and capable of managing business in the food technology sector, especially in the field of dried fruit and processed agricultural products.
+ Financially capable to become a distributor or agent of dried fruit.
+ Have proper storage facilities to ensure products are stored safely, maintaining product quality, including packaging integrity.
2. General Policy on Distributor Development:
+ Collaboration is based on mutual benefit for both parties.
+ Build long-term partnerships based on commitments to cooperate and share business and development goals in the dried fruit and processed agricultural products sector.
+ Regularly share market, business, and product information and provide timely support for business and development.
+ Fair and reasonable support policy across the entire distribution and agent network for dried fruit.
3. Financial Policies:
A. Regular Purchase Discounts:
+ Based on committed quarterly sales, distributors, and dried fruit agents will participate in the purchase discount program exclusively for VietTuong Food brand distributors.
+ Upon achieving the committed sales, distributors and agents will enjoy the agreed discount rate as per the Distribution Contract.
+ Additionally, distributors and agents will receive an additional percentage commission for meeting the sales targets for two consecutive quarters.
+ This discount policy operates independently and concurrently with other support programs from the VietTuong Food brand for distributors and dried fruit agents.
+ VietTuong Food brand commits to timely payment of commissions to distributors and agents.
B. Pricing Policy:
+ Based on purchase results and other cooperative commitments, distributors will enjoy the corresponding Distributor-level pricing policy.
+ The pricing policy is designed to ensure competitiveness and maximum profitability for distributors in the market.
+ Payment according to the method of a ??% deposit of the order value.
C. Debt Policy:
+ On the ??th of each month, the Distributor will create a debt reconciliation, quantity, and amount sheet and confirm it. The previous month’s debt will be fully paid to VietTuong Food after deducting any commissions (if applicable).
+ Debts will be settled in cash or by bank transfer.
+ Based on the cooperation results and payment history, distributors will enjoy better incentives on credit and debt policies.
4. VietTuong Food Brand Support Policies:
A. Product Support:
+ VietTuong Food guarantees that all products meet all criteria for food safety, traceability, and are fully compliant with relevant inspection documents, ensuring the quality and brand registration for distributors and dried fruit agents.
+ Sample goods, and free trials of new products will be provided by VietTuong Food in the quantity agreed upon in the contract to support distributors and dried fruit agents in introducing products to customers when requested.
B. Technical Support:
+ Agents receive support through phone, email, or written materials on basic knowledge about dried fruit and processed agricultural products.
+ Agents are supported with business direction, marketing, and sales knowledge.
C. Product Exchange and Return:
+ Within 7 days from the invoice date, dried fruit agents can exchange for new products if the product is found to have a manufacturer defect. If the exchange cannot be fulfilled, the manufacturer will provide maximum support to resolve the issue.
+ If the goods or prices do not match the purchase agreement, the distributor has the right to return the goods to the manufacturer. Returns must be made within 7 days from the invoice date and upon signing the goods handover record. Any exchanges or returns beyond 3 days require mutual agreement and acceptance by both parties due to objective reasons or natural conditions.
5. Requirements for Dried Fruit Distributors and Agents:
+ Display VietTuong Food products in the showroom (if any).
+ Support the VietTuong Food brand during promotions or advertising events at the distributor’s business location.
+ Distributors must strive to meet assigned sales targets.
+ Distributors may not sell any items that directly or indirectly compete with VietTuong Food products unless there is a written agreement between both parties.
+ Do not use VietTuong Food’s images or brand to distribute other brands’ products.
+ Always maintain a minimum inventory and ensure timely delivery to customers when requested.
+ Ensure that the end-customer pricing aligns with the distributor’s suggested retail price. No undercutting.
+ Actively develop business plans, customer development plans, and plans to bring products to consumers in the registered area or new development locations that have been registered with the manufacturer/distributor.
+ Do not sell counterfeit products with unclear origins that could affect the VietTuong Food brand.
