Frozen fruits
Frozen fruits are rapidly frozen, bringing them into a frozen state in a short amount of time. There are various methods for freezing fruits, with one of the most advanced technologies today being IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology.
IQF technology uses slow-moving conveyor belts. The temperature on the conveyor belt gradually decreases to a very low level, allowing the fruit to be quickly individually frozen without sticking together, making it convenient to use.
Frozen fruits and vegetables are often considered a reasonable and convenient alternative to fresh produce. Not only are they more affordable and easier to prepare, but frozen fruits and vegetables also have a longer shelf life and can be found year-round.
